Flaky Smoked Turkey Pizza with mozzarella and herbs

All you need:



How to make:

Heat the oven 200C. Put the puff pastry sheet on a pan. Roll it a bit to make it more thinner. Top with mozzarella cheese and 4 slices of smoked turkey. Then spread some mozzarella again and add some Parmigiano too.  Then sprinkle some oregano and thyme with a little drizzle of olive oil.

And voila...


Don't forget to eat it with salads!
It's easy, nyummy, flaky, crispy :D

Flaky mozzarella tomato egg anchovies pizza

All you need:



You can get the puff pastry in the supermarket if you don't have time to make it or too lazy hehehe.

How to make:

Heat the oven 200C. Put the puff pastry sheet on a pan. Top with mozzarella cheese and slices of cherry tomatoes. Spread the anchovies around. And then put the egg nicely on the top. And sprinkle some oregano and thyme with a little drizzle of olive oil.


And then....voila!


Eat it with salads!
Messy but nyummy...easy peasy! Enjoy :)

Me and Jane

I'm so happy because my mom bought me this book :) Yes, I'm a sucker for children's book. And this one is special because it's about one of my hero, my favorite person, Jane Goodall :)



a life living with, and helping, all animals :)

I think you should get this book for your kids, very inspiring. For any child interested in animals, exotic locales or how dreams can actually come true. The book provide a satisfying and complimentary introduction to an extraordinary human being.

Well, I think I'm going to look for the other book "The Watcher".
