It's that time of the year again to meet the whole family, catching up and ask for forgiveness. I'm sorry for everything I've done wrong to all of you too, all were unintentional. I hope for happiness and peace for all of us always...and on this new month, September....and hopefully will continue throughout the year...always and always :)

Heat the oven 200C. Put the puff pastry sheet on a pan. Roll it a bit to make it more thinner. Top with mozzarella cheese and 4 slices of smoked turkey. Then spread some mozzarella again and add some Parmigiano too. Then sprinkle some oregano and thyme with a little drizzle of olive oil.
