Kids D.I.Y :)

We asked our students to create something from any used materials, it turns out great :) 

I just love to see kids' art work. It's simple, yet they came up with various ideas. And it's funny to hear how they described it.
I cannot put all of it here, just take a look at some of these pics :)

 

 This one is a drum from a milk can. She said "You make holes on the side, you put ribbon inside. And chopstix for the sticks."

This one is an Hourglass. She said "You put abc's pastas inside these empty bottles and you taped it."

This one is a boat. He said "I made this with my dad...we used cereal carton paper and broken tv antenna too."

She said " I used paper carton, straw and furry balls.., you blow it and the balls will fly..."

This one is "It's something to put coins inside miss...with empty milk can and alphabets toys.."

She said "i made this with my mom...with egg shells and paper...we colored them all and paste it to make flowers..."

She said "I made this with my mama...a bracelet..."

Tell all kiddos that they don't have to buy things...they can make it...just use their imaginations. Simple, interesting and fun :)
