Mini Chocolate Puff Pastry

I love Chocolate Croissants from Ranch Market, that's still my favorite at the moment. Couldn't find a better one here in Jakarta (if you have any more info where, just lemme know hehehe), except from Cafe Moca in Bali. Now I feel like making one at home...so...here it goes...I have this simple recipe...

All you need:

-Defrosted puff pastry ( you can get it at Ranch Market, Foodhall or at Titan baking shop at Fatmawati).
- Chocolote chips, cheese or apples. For this time I use chocolate chips. If you want to use apples, i recommend you to put brown sugar and cinnamon with the apples (since cinnamon it's my favorite hehe).
- 1 egg beaten.

How to make:

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celcius.

Cut the puff pastry into 10cm x 10cm. Put each square in a cupcake pan to make it easier. Then you put the chocolate chips in the centre of the puff pastry. Take the corners of each pastry and fold it. Brush it with egg. Bake for about 20-40 minutes.

Mine is not as pretty as the pastries in the restaurant or cafe hhehehe...but it taste good :) Go ahead and try it!
