"Don't worry baby" -The Beach Boys :)
Bali and as always...it was great! I always love spending my time on a beach...swimming, tanning, jogging, walking, reading, relaxing while having some coconut drink or cold juice or cold beer...aaaahhhhh bliss :) And I love to hunt for food too. So here's a bit of my story....
♥
This is Clio. I stayed here for 3 nights. It's very nice and secluded. Only Rp.550.000 per night. Located in Seminyak area, in an alley next to Cafe Moka, which is my favorite french bakery in Bali, so nothing to complain about :)
Found this interesting poster in the alley haha! Oh well, let's go straight to the beach :)

Every Morning I had breakfast at Cafe Moka :) Their Spinach Quiche is one of my favorite of all time.
After I had breakfast, I went to the beach.
And so on and so on for the next day :)
Always love tiles :)
This is Biku, one of my favorite place in Bali. A nice restaurant, tea lounge, antiques shop and book store. I had Tagine Chicken wih chicpea and apricot there. Delish!
Another beach time :)
This food from Warung Pak Malen is nyummy and cheap :)
Welcoming sunset...
Salmon benedict with holaindesse sauce from Gourmet Cafe is the perfect one to close the day :) (although it's for breakfast hehehe).
Veggies Omelette wih mushrooms for breakfast...
and let's go to the beach again :)

This is Chocolatine. One of my fave from Cafe Moka. I just love the smell of fresh bread in the morning :)
Don't you just love this...you can look at the sunset while looking at the moon at the same time :)
Hello again beach :)
I had this at KAFE in Ubud. Nyummy and healty food, great music, a very nice place to chill, read some book and relax. I had Tempe curry with cashew nuts and brown rice. Nyummy! And for dessert I had this raw carrotcake, surprisingly good :)
Ubud never fails me either...
Ooow, for the beaches...I went to BatuBelig, Gadogado and Hyatt Nusa Dua beach. The best from the three of them was Hyatt Nusa Dua :)
Everytime I go somewhere, I always have a theme or soundtrack for my trip...and this time, my top song on my soundtrack is "Don't worry baby" by The Beach Boys...one of my fave music of all time :)
Let's do this again soon! More pics here :)

3 kinds of homemade flaky pizzas :)
I made three kinds of flaky pizza :D
All you need:
Usually for the mozzarella, I prepared 1 cup for one pizza. For the pastry, prepared 9 by 6 inch rectangle.
For the first one, Flaky Salami Tomato Pizza with Mozzarella and Spinach:
Heat the oven 200C. Put the puff pastry sheet on a pan. Roll it a bit to make it more thinner. Top with mozzarella cheese, slices of small salamis, slices of tomatoes, slices of olives and some spinach. Then spread some mozzarella again and add some Parmigiano too. Then sprinkle some oregano and thyme ( i like it with lots of herbs), put a drizzle of olive oil. Put into to the oven for 30 minutes.
And for the second pizza, Flaky Egg Pizza with Mozzarella, Spinach and Tomato:
Heat the oven 200C. Put the puff pastry sheet on a pan. Roll it a bit to make it more thinner. Top with mozzarella cheese, slices of tomatoes and some spinach. Then spread some mozzarella again and add some Parmigiano too. Then sprinkle some oregano and thyme ( i like it with lots of herbs), put a drizzle of olive oil You put the pizza first into the oven and then for about 15 minutes, you take it out and put some eggs on top of the pizza, and the you put the pizza again into the oven and wait for another 15 minutes. I'm still trying to figure out how to make the egg still runny :p
And for the third pizza, Flaky Anchovies Pizza with Mozzarella, Spinach and Tomatoes:
Heat the oven 200C. Put the puff pastry sheet on a pan. Roll it a bit to make it more thinner. Top with mozzarella cheese, some sprinkle some anchovies, slices of tomatoes, slices of olives and some spinach. Then spread some mozzarella again and add some Parmigiano too. Then sprinkle some oregano and thyme ( i like it with lots of herbs), put a drizzle of olive oil. Put into to the oven for 30 minutes.
Go ahead try to make these pizzas. Lemme know which one is your favorite. And I'm open for more recipes for pizzas from you too :)
Eat with salad if you got some lettuces, beets, onions, yellow & red peppers with italian dressing.
The ingredients for my version of italian dressing:
olive oil, white wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, chopped cloves, Just mix everything, season with salt and pepper, and then you'll get your ceaser dressing :)

It's that time of the year again to meet the whole family, catching up and ask for forgiveness. I'm sorry for everything I've done wrong to all of you too, all were unintentional. I hope for happiness and peace for all of us always...and on this new month, September....and hopefully will continue throughout the year...always and always :)
