Plum Clafoutis


Got this recipe from Donna Hay's magazine :) Me and and my family were having brunch at my house. 

So, all you need:

- butter for greasing
- 1/3 cup caster sugar, plus extra for dusting
- 400gr plums
- 1/3 cup purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup single cream
- 3 eggs


How to make:

- Preheat the oven 180C. Grease the ovenproof dish with butter and dust with sugar. 
- Place the plums, cut-side up in the dish.
- Place the flour, sugar, vanilla and cream in a bowl and whisk it to combine. Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the plums and bake for 35-40 minutes. Wait until puffed and golden. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream :)
